Indira Lausevic

Indira was born and raised in former Yugoslavia, before moving to Canada in the 1990s where she successfully graduated as a computer programmer. In 2001, she decided to settle on the Côte d’Azur with her family, and soon after, she joined the Marks agency, shortly after the beginnings of its creation, until today. This makes Indira the most senior Marks negotiator.

She describes herself as a dynamic person who has been passionate about luxury real estate for 19 years. Her good knowledge of the Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat real estate market and her seniority are her greatest professional assets. The sense of listening, the personalized approach, and the availability is just as necessary qualities, according to her, to exercise this job successfully. What Indira really enjoys in the negotiating business is the exchange and special relationship with its customers, which it has built up over the years.
